Concept proposé initialement par le psychologue J.J. Gibson dans le cadre de sa théorie écologique de la perception, "les affordances consistent en les occasions d'interaction que fournissent les choses de l'environnement par rapport aux capacités sensori-motrices de l'animal". La pièce "Affordances " s'inspire de ce concept à trois niveaux: celui de l'oreille musicale entendant la faune comme si elle formait un orchestre, celui de la guitare acoustique abordée comme une multitude d'"affordances" musicales (révélées via différentes techniques de jeu, standards et non-standards, notamment en préparant la guitare) et, finalement, celui offert au compositeur par le médium électroacoustique (à travers lequel la faune et la guitare sont mises en interaction).

"Un corbeau errant/son vieux nid est devenu/un prunier" est une oeuvre pour guitare acoustique solo enregistrée en une seule prise sans montage qui s'inspire du guitariste américain Robbie Basho. Le titre est un haïku du poète japonais Matsuo Bashõ dont le guitariste a repris le nom.

Concept initially proposed by psychologist J.J. Gibson as part of his ecological theory of perception, "affordances consist of the opportunities for interaction that things in the environment provide in relation to the sensorimotor capacities of the animal". The piece "Affordances" is inspired by this concept on three levels: the musical ear hearing the fauna as if it were forming an orchestra, the acoustic guitar approached as a multitude of musical "affordances" (revealed via different playing techniques, standard and non-standard, in particular by preparing the guitar) and, finally, the electroacoustic medium (through which the fauna and the guitar are put in interaction).

"Un corbeau errant/son vieux nid est devenu/un prunier" ("A Wandering Raven / Its Old Nest Has Become / A Plum Tree") is an unedited, one-take, solo acoustic guitar work inspired by American guitarist Robbie Basho. The title is a haiku by the Japanese poet Matsuo Bashõ whose name the guitarist took over.
